My account has been locked going on 4 years now and its looking like I may never get my childhood account back, this account got locked around the time I tried to join the mobile version, it flagged me for logging in on a different device. Ive never had this problem in my 17 years of owning the account. Could I please get some help Ive sent to many appeals to count and I have receipts from a membership purchase back in 2009 Jan 23

I have had this account since a teen. Ive spent countless amount of hours playing this game throughout my life on this account.
I was nearly maxed out if a lot of skills. I cant remember most of my early creation stuff and debit card numbers, but I do have a bank statement with the purchase from 2009.
Ive sent this in in my appeal and it didnt help. This account got locked around the time the mobile version came out and tried logging into it.
Preferred solution: I would love to have my account back and play again. Brings back sooooo many memories.
