The website is a deceptive store. They sell low-quality products, and when you receive them and wish to return them, you must first return them at your own cost.
Then, when received, they will state that they cannot issue a refund; they can only issue store credit.
Very deceptive practice. I would recommend shopping at other stores; it was an awful experience.

Shocking customer service and product
Absolutely SHOCKING customer service and products, I wont ever be purchasing from their store again and will be sure to tell family and friends to not make the same mistake.
After purchasing a dress that arrived different to the description and was super itchy fabric, I wanted to return the item.
Be warned after the 30 day return window you arent even allowed an exchange or store credit your money will go to waste.
They were so rude and unhelpful I dont know how they expect good customer satisfaction when they provide service like that. I wont be surprised to see them go bankrupt.
