AI Highlights
  • - Shipped 3.5 months after order.
  • - Record color wrong and hoodie size wrong.
  • - Shipped via media mail; paid $9 for shipping, $5 kept; exchange denied.

I order a t-shirt, record and hoodie from Run for Cover. The item shipped 3 and a half months after I placed the order, although I was told multiple times over those months that it would be sent soon.

I paid 9 dollars for quality shipping, but they sent it via media mail for 4 (and kept the extra 5 dollars). When I received the package, the record was the wrong color and the hoodie was the wrong size. I contacted them about it and told them to forget about the record, it was disappointing but I didn't care too much. I wanted the hoodie replaced, which they said they could do.

However, they would not pay shipping although they were the ones who were mistaken. They stopped responding to emails and me asking about sending it back, until they told me I waited too long and they wouldn't accept an exchange.
