- - Replacement F11 Gim2 arrived as a bare used drone with no battery.

I upgraded to a F11 Gim2 because the F 11 didnt return home when I clicked the RTH button
That drone was lost, I received the F11 Gim2 and its simply dropped from the sky for no reason , I sent the flight log, etc. your team said theyre going to send me a replacement bare drone
Instead of a brand new kit, so sending me a bear drone leaves me one battery short and I am only getting a refurbished or used drone when I paid for a brand new one when I upgrade it I dont think thats a very good business on your part
I should have received a brand new drone, which was the F11 Gim2
You received the full price for a brand new drone and youre sending me a used one which is bare-bones with no battery not cool at all
