Resolved: Cancelled account and got charged again
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent package back to supplier, I canceled and still got charged and it was difficult getting through to close account. Finally it seems to have resolved.
Michael Torres 5/21/52. I returned UPS package on 3/17/25.
Stop orders immediately again and very with e mail . Refund my charge and I will dispute this with my cred card . I have all documentation. Your customer service is terrible .
Cant even get through on phone contact. Every call disconnects while Im on hold

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service reached out to me by email.
Their reaction was quite professional and to the point. I was issued a full refund for the product.
This company will not follow standard business practices by sending you a pre-notice that your subscription will be renewed in a few days. You will get a notice that your order is fulfilled and shipped.
There are no possibilities to cancel, redirect, or postpone.
Be warned. Sadly, Rugiet shows the same money-grabbing attitude as so many other companies selling the ED solution.
