Verified Reviewer |Rug & pad said to be delivered when only one of two rug and pads were delivered
I am not mad or upset in any way. The rug and pad that was for my 88-year-old father, who lives with me and really needs it for his bathroom, asked me to check into why the email said it was delivered when it was not. Neither he nor I want him to slip or fall on his tile floor.

I got a rug too light and too big. I trashed the box also so i want to know how i can return it.
So far i love the product. I just made wrong choices.

I have been trying for two days now and again today to make an exchange. I am disabled and it is impossible me to do this on the computer myself.
I must talk to a real person to do this. Would someone please call me at 416 578 ****.

Preferred solution: I needed help tying to arrange an exchange without using a computer programmm not manageable for a disabled person. Someone has finally contacted me offer me an acceptable solution.
Rug has a law in the stitching around the edges
Ruggable reached out, said that that happens occasionally should not be an issue when washed, but if it unravels more, there is a one year warranty on it. They applied to 25% discount due to this issue but still concerned about it unraveling when Im wash it.
Can not contact customer service, problem with access to my bank account
please. i have been cut off from all financial transaction for my purchase from ruggable. I never authorized payment but my bank account has been breached
No one responds to help on Customer Support Team
2 runners arrived with 2 different weaves. Very different color vibrancy. Be aware of choices in weaves and how they can affect the color

Please consider making it simple to return. Here you are asking for at least 100 symbols. That shouldnt be for elderly people. Thank you so much for your help.

I ordered a 6x6 rug. Order number 812****.
Amount $411.82. I returned it via FedEx on 10/14. I received no follow-up information. I contacted Ruggable Customer Care Support on 10/21 via email.
I received a reply from Victoria M. on 10/21. She confirmed that my order had been received at their facility on 10/17. She told me that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days on my American Express account.
As of 11/3, I have not received my credit, which prompted me to file a disputed claim with AmEx today. Please issue me my credit. The rug has been returned.

All I'm asking for is a customer service representative to call me on the phone and talk with me personally about my returns. This has been going on for too long.
For me, I have spent a lot of money with your company and should receive better customer service as an older individual.

Mat underneath disintegrated after 2 1/2 years. Ruggable said they would replace it free of charge but sent it to our previous address in another state. The original order was placed from our current
Check to make sure you have the correct address and now send it again but to our current address. Tell new neighbors in our old house to discard it, not to send it back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Gave me a new rug.

The first time they said nothing they can do but they did rectify te problem. I would recommend them. PLEASE TAKEME OFF THIS SITE.
