Bad Faith scam
Order processed normally but credit card drawn against for a slightly higher amount by a different party than approved for charging. Order never shipped.
Tracking on web site identifies order as SYNC, 15 days after order there is no shipment date. Telephone number on web site is NO LONGER IN SERVICE.
User's recommendation: AVOID. APPEARS TO BE TOTAL SCAM
Late shipping
Per website , shipping is 7-21 days . My order has been "stuck " in California since 05/19 !
Order date was April 29th . People need to be warned this is NOT an American made product , but mine in fact came from China . I would never have ordered if known in advance .
Rugfashion has no ethics ! As of today - 33 days later ,still NO product
