They called and cancelled the morning of the installation because it was raining. We had just paid for it the day before and there was no mention of weather being an issue.
She then said they didn't have their normal delivery van and when I said I wanted to cancel she refused to give refund.
Terrible customer service. Would not use again.

If a flooring issue is addressed prior to an installation and you wish to proceed, that would not be poor workmanship.

I am sorry this customer is upset. we have posted all over our store and advise every customer that all jobs are weather permitting.
It was raining so bad on the day in question that we had to have flood swift water rescue in our town. This customer's carpet and materials were cut for her house. They could not be used elsewhere and she was aware of this. Again, I am truly sorry this customer was upset.
We did attempt to accommodate her request to have it installed within 24 hours of contacting our company. Unfortunately the weather did not allow this to happen and we did have her installed the next business day.
