Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Dzovig Avedikian, and I value your business immensely. However, I would like to report my interaction with one of your store representatives and the store manager at the Sherway Gardens in Toronto on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at approximately 5:00 pm.
A couple of weeks ago, I took the previously purchased coat that I did not feel kept me warm. It was tight, and the buckle was not working well on the waist. Also, the bottom part of the coat was very tight, and the coat had a defect on the side, with some of the thread of the coat coming off. On Saturday, December 20, when I went back to the store again to try different coats, I hoped that something would work better.
Also, my husband suggested trying the coat again, the one that I had returned, with thicker layering, but the store manager treated me very badly, along with the representatives, who she claimed were helping me and were very curt towards me and disappeared. When I asked the store manager if a representative was looking for another coat, he said she went on a break. This was utterly unprofessional and unfounded.
I understand that Rudsak does not offer refunds, but they did not have to make me feel bad by telling me that they are not giving me refunds, as it was a one-time exception that they refunded me a couple of weeks ago when I returned the coat. I would like to emphasize that I was not asking to buy a coat and return it, as I wanted to try different coats to determine which coat works best.
It was the store manager's decision to refund me for the returned coat.
I am quite surprised and highly disappointed by the way I was treated at the store by both the store manager and the representatives for not welcoming me to their store and treating me very badly in front of other customers by refusing to help me.
To conclude, I hope this complaint will be taken very seriously, and I am hopeful that both the store manager and the representatives will be reprimanded for the way they treated me on Saturday, December 20, 2025, as I feel that they will treat other customers the same way who will return coats that do not work. In my opinion, maintaining professionalism at all times is essential, along with outstanding customer service, which is vital.

Canceling order
- - The purchase showed installments, but the full amount was charged.

I was making a purchase for a new coat when going to purchase, it said installments that which thats what I wanted to do instead it made the full purchase which was a lot of money for me anyway I tried to cancel the order and explain it was a mistake and they refused. They said theres no exceptions they do not cancel orders.

I want to return something who sais return fee. I phoned them ans no phone on service.
I email them no answer. They are thief. As soon they have your money you cant contact them. I tied.
They said they answer the call 8 to 4. That is a scam. Nobody answered the phone. Dont buy from them.
If it didnt fit your stuck with your purchase when the site said money warranty. Not true.
