I too was treated rudely, their name says it all. "She," rude female dog that answered the phone, spouted off before she even gave me a chance to explain. Very clearly on my order i put the ship to address, and nit inly did it not gett shipped to the right place, the package was shipped back to me with postage due!!!! Simply psying attention to the clearly filled out order firm would be great! Glad i didnt order anything personalized! Rude female dog indeed!

Wouldn't give the bonus that Web site promiced

The owner of Rude Dog Leather, or so she claimed to be, truly lives up to her company name. I placed an order for some of her products, and was not sent the additional items, which were offered to be awarded with the original order. My inquest, via email, was originally ignored and deleted. After another email was sent, I was treated very rudely with a pompous disregard for my business. I certainly would not recommend doing business with this company until this error on their part is corrected. Doesn't seem to be any customer service experience. Very unprofessional, and Rude!
