I was talking to the lady on the phone trying to find out some information about my gift card. She ended the conversation very irrupt and hung up the phone.

They closed the walk up window because they're too lazy to work it and that's not okay because it's false advertising and stop being so *** lazy

Opened late!
- - Waited 15 minutes Sunday for Ruby's in Whittier to open for breakfast.
- - Just after 8 am I was told a few more minutes, then I left for Norms.
Waited 15 minutes Sunday morning for the Whittier Rubys to open for breakfast. Just after 8 am wetnt to the door,was told just a few more minutes !
Finally gave up went to Norms just up the street.
If times are so tough these days the very least a business can do would be open on time! Not the way to start a Sunday morning for Rubys!

I have 4 gift cards for Rubys for $25. I went to use them last summer and was told they are no longer valid.
I am furious.
I heard the statement about taking over the company without the liabilities. Thats not fair to all the people who Used to go to rubies. I was defrauded. I will never go to a Rubies again until your company makes this right.
I have retained the cards and they are laying here looking at me every day reminding me. Im also going to share this experience online with friends and family.

My mother and I went to the Arby's in Laurens, South Carolina. We order what we wanted which it was on 2 of the c classic roast beef sandwich with a medium fries.
We went to the drive through, and we asked one more time on the price at the same time handing him the card. As we asked him that question, he said rudely." I will tell you once again how much it is, but I am not wrong on the price he was going to charge us $16.00 and all we wanted to know if he had our order right because that is a little high for what we normally eat we can get 2 large and pay $20.00 for both of us

I went to Ruby's Diner at Huston Airport on October 20th and it was a very nice place.
However, when I received my credit card bill, the value charged was higher than the value spent.
I would like to ask for the correction of the charged value.
The expenses were U$ 8,27, as can be checked in the receipt annexed and the charged value was U$9,91.

- - An ad for a Ruby's deal was in Orange on 7-29.
- - After 30 minutes, the deal was over; smaller burgers were out.
- - We must pay regular price.
I received the attached Advertisement and took my family to Ruby's in Orange today 7-29 to take advantage of this great deal, Unfortunately after 30 minutes of waiting, they said the special was over since they ran out of the smaller burgers they were using for the sale and we would have to pay regular price.

I have called and called and tried to find out where our check is and how we did. I can't get one return phone call. This unacceptable and not appropriate to do and most especially to a school. Please help me out.

We had a luncheon of 26 people, and worked with your manager Olavo. He was absolutely outstanding to work with.
Olavo called and emailed me prior to our event, and was always available and had everything completely organized and ready to go. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Outstanding job! I have held some previous events at Summit House, Cedar Creek and other restaurants.
I will say that Olavo provided excellent customer service, even better than some of the restaurants that I listed. Please let Olavo know that he did an excellent job, along with the staff.
Bad food or dirty utensils

Yesterday my wife and I had lunch at the Citadel Ruby's. She had the fried string beans appetizer and an oreo shake.
I had breakfast, two eggs and corned beef hash. We both had digestive distress from our meals. It began within the hour after finishing. It lasted for about 12 hours.
Since we both had problems, my guess is that the service ware, plates and utensils, glasses, etc. was probably contaminated.

We have been going to Ruby's Diner in Costa Mesa at South Coast Plaza, we go at least 2 - 3 times a week. I like your chili fries, when i order more than one serving i am charged for chili which does not look good on menu because i look on how i want fries and it is does not show charges may apply or anything so i asked a server about it and that server got rude by yelling at by saying No!
We could get you more regular fries or give something else. A server told me he would give me more chili this time, I asked what was going on when i waited for 10 minutes I was told it was being made that i would get it soon, I noticed a older manager came out and whispered something to our actual server, I called server and he told me i had enough chili but at 1st i did need more but i was so hungry i ate some fries so he eventually brought it when i had to argue with him. My Grandma & sister have witnessed rudeness when i ask for stuff, This happened a week ago.
I was not going to say anything because my Grandmother told me to leave it alone. We have agree not to go back, we have seen other customers treated better than us and when they ask for things they get it.
Decline service due to color of my skin

When we arrived at Ruby's Diner in the City of Commerce we were seated in the rear of the establishment. The Waitress took our order in a timely fashion.
However about 20 minutes went by and about 3 other set of people had come in behind us. I looked up and the waitress was personally delievering waters to all three of the tables that came behind us and we had not gotten any of our drinks. So I flagged down another waitress to ask about my drinks and she brought the regular drinks we ordered( a shake and arnold palmer). Then i was able to get the attention of the original waitress I asked her if she forhot our waters.
She told me dont you have drinks? refering to the regular drinks not the water that i was asking for. Then she walked off. I was able to get a hold of the manager.
i spoke with the manager he apologized. However while speaking to him she was bring the appetiezers to the other tables that came behind us.
I then told the manager that we were leaving. He did give me a coupon for two free meals and dessert but i wanted the food i order and to be treated with the same respect even with me being African American and the other being Hispanic.
