Resolved: Never received my redemtion
On august 11th 2024 I cashed out on the sweepstakes game ruby sweeps but have never received my money I've emailed them and have received generic emails about longer than normal wait times though in the app it says my redemtion was a success they scan people do not add money or play this game scammers don't play
