They took my money

Gave me a $30 free chip. The playthrough before cash out is 40x so 30x40=$1,200. So play $1,200 and everything remaining balance is yours. Which I played $1,800 so my remaining balance after I played enough to cash out shouldve never been taken. I got a couple good hits and after 40 mins I had the balance up to $1441.24 then boom. They did a coupon reversal and just so happened to take everything out and left me with $95 literally in the middle of playing a game. Then I messaged customer service and no help, just AI ROBOTS, look for a number all lines are disconnected. Its straight up scam highly dont suggest it or putting any of your credentials in this website. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS

User's recommendation: BOVADA is where I normally play and have never had an issue. I’ve received over 8,000 in paid cash outs and never have went through anything like this.
