Never received product, no answer, no reply

I Ordered massage stones for my business opening on October 4, 2016 and I never received them or any type of confirmation of shipping. As of 11/6 I had tried to call several times and sent multiple emails. I have had no response to either one. The voicemail box still says "this mailbox is full, person not accepting calls" as it apparently did in previous complaints. As of today I have now disputed the charge on my card. This is highly frustrating to know that people have had issues with this for the past year and they continue to scam consumers our of their money.

What's in a Name? Here's the Rub

I should have known by the name and by the relatively low cost of the product. I placed an online order for massage stones on Dec. 5, 2015. I was e-mailed an invoice. Six weeks later, no stones in the mail. I called the company 2 or 3 times and nobody answered. The message machine said the mailbox was full both times. Nobody from the company returned my calls and nobody responded to my e-mail inquiry concerning my order. Fortunately, I was able to shut down my credit card number today--before I was charged for an unavailable and purportedly inferior product. I was saved by the 8 negative reviews on this site!! Thank you.

There Stones Were Sealed and not Natural (Better Supplier Relaxed Rocks)

I ordered there stones many years ago and they were treated with some finish and/or seal which makes them not retain as well as other leading suppliers. I have since dealt with a company called Relaxed Rocks and let me tell you they are all around wonderful. Best stones i have ever used and at great prices with by far the best fulfillment and customer service ever, For years they were only dealing with schools but are now back online on E-Bay and working on dealing with the public again. Rub Rocks is terrible and has been for years. Missy

I ordered stones from Rub Rocks and I got ripped off...no delivery, no one answering the phones.. Not sure if they went out of business or not, but the site is still up and taking money from people who will never see their order. Sad to see, I have ordered and used their stones and have been happy with their quality and price. Please pass the word on to anyone ordering hot stones online, not to use this site.. even when they write: "RubRocks is an industry leader in the massage stone industry. We provide a complete line of hot stone massage stones as well as a full line of cold stone massage stones. You will find massage stone sets for the professional massage therapist as well as the home user. Order not complete

Order was placed and after many phone calls/e-mails FINALLY shipped. Much to my dismay the order was NOT shipped complete. I have left numerous messages on your wonderful recording..I wonder is there really anyone who works there????All I ever get is recording/answering machine that promised to call me back. Of course no one ever does. What is the next step? I have never experienced such poor or rather NO service. I will continue to make sure that others do not ever order anything from your company. I am off to file a discrepancy with my credit card company.

Warmer Kit Review

I ordered the 18qt warmer kit which included 50 stones and rock wash and rock oil 171.34 was paid feb. 2014 and still can't get the company to complete my order and it is may 2014. I have had to explain to my customers that I can't offer the service do to thus company failing to complete my order and now I am loosing money for their fails.

Zero customer service!!!! I can't get a return call!

On December 31, 2012 I placed an order with Rub Rocks DESPITE the horrible reviews of this company after reading that they had recently undergone a management change. I thought things had probably turned around. I'll be honest, their low prices made me want to believe. Well, I am sorely disappointed. After hearing nothing from them about my shipment (except that they had processed my invoice) I called them. It took them 3 stinking days to return my call. At this time I was told that there had been an error with processing my order and that the warehouse was processing it now and that I would have my order within 3-4 business days via UPS. Well here it is 10 days later and not only do I NOT have my shipment, they won't answer the phone or return a call either. I hope at this point to get my money back and wash my hands of this company altogether. I am a very small business and I had to work very hard for the $141 that they TOOK from me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! There is absolutely no customer service.

I tried calling these crooks again today and the phone has been disconnected. Very nice. This is an absolute huge blow to my business.

Rubrocks rips you off and has 0 customer service

my first negative review ever. i placed an order and never received the items. repeated phone messages and emails are never returned. i got hold of a representative ONCE after trying for about 6-8 WEEKS. i was told they will ship it out immediately using priority mail. i still have not received the items. why can't they answer their phone or return emails? seems so simple. if they don't have the items in stock or lost my order, why can't they just say so? i should have known since they charged my credit card immediately. i cancelled my credit card number just in case. buyer beware. :(

I placed an order on 1/26/12 and have not heard anything from RubRock. I called to get an ETA of my order, I emailed them three times and still nothing.

I suspect that I WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM.

My card was debited $128.07. That's all I know.

I have placed an order to rub rocks April 1st, 2012. It's almost June!

Do norm order anything from them. They never answer there phones. Of the 20 times I've called , I spoke to one nice person who said they would ship my order ASAP, priority mail and that was two weeks ago.

I feel taken advantage of and I have a business to run. This is a horrible company to order through.

I also caled twice and there is an answering machine. A total scam!

This company. rubrock from Texas is a scam.I ordered some massaging oil,samples and hot stone.it took the company 1month to mail my order after they charged my credit card.then the stones quality was horrible.everyone of the stones were cracked and unsanitary to used.the oil was supposed to be scented ....it was not.horrible experience.the customer service was unprofessional and impossible to get a refund.I was told I couldn't get a refund and that I would have to mail the order back if I wanted too at my expense.this company should be put out of business.businessman

Rubrocks Horrible

I found this company on the Internet doing a Google Search. I placed an order for a Stone heater. The page indicated that it wasn't out of stock. After I placed the order I received a confirmation. It said shipping would be 3-5 days. After about 3 days I had not hear anything from the company. I sent an e-mail to check status and to get a tracking number. I received the following polite e-mail. Greetings Chad, Your order is on hold awaiting the arrival of our stone heater shipment. It should be delivered to us within a few days and upon their arrival, I will make sure your order is completed and on its way to you. Our customers who reside in TN normally receive their order within one to two days from the day we send it out. I apolgize for the inconvience however the order delay is due to a sudden increase in orders plus numerous new stone with kit inquiries. RubRocks hancrafted basalt and marble were feautured in an article this past month in Massage Magazine. We are surprised at the large response but are thankful as well. As I said, I will expedite your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Karen Whisenand RubRocks Operation Manager Karen@***.com In the e-mail it stated a couple days. I had not hear anything for another 5 days from this company. I replied to Karen asking for another status update. After 3 more days I still hadn't gotten a reply. I called their 800 number to find it was just an answering machine. I had to do an in depth google search to find another number to call. I was able to speak to some one to get my order canceled. I spoke with Mechelle who told me that Mexico was out of the product. She canceled my order and told me that they were going to give the accounting dept my cancellation and that my credit card will be refunded. The main problem I have is that they don't specify on their website if they have the product in or not. It may be on back-order and they won't give you any courtesy contact to let you know if it is going to be delayed nor do they post on their website if it is out of stock. They just charge your credit card and leave you in the dark. Until they learn to keep customers in contact or let people know they are ordering back ordered merchandise, I caution ordering from this company.

I have received nothing. No one answers the phone.

Same story with me. I cancelled my order the day after purchasing just because I decided that I didn't want it.

It has been over 2 months and I still have not gotten the money credited back to my account OR the merchandise. I have called numerous times and every time I ask to speak to someone in charge, they say they are the only person in the office.

Also, the reason why I have not gotten my money is because they are in the process of "moving" IT IS ALL BS AND A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I read all of these bad reviews after I ordered my stone kit.. It's all true.. I ordered june 28 and it is now july 11 and nothing.

Do NOT order anything from this company.. They lied about everything... saying it was already sent out and refused to give me a tracking number.

Finally this Karen character (i spoke to her shes very polite)said shes going to send ANOTHER package for 3 day priority shipping, just to make sure i get my product.. and if i get the OTHER package she will send me a label to send the first one back.

Karen sweetheart, you just made it obvious your comnpany didn't send the original package at all.

I will leave an update if I get two packages.. I don't know what is wrong with this company but it's twisted. They are all liars.. polite but liars all the same.

They charged my credit card on 09/15/2010 and haven't shipp my order until today, I called everyday and got voicmail and the bi tch name Michelle called back today, I asked speak to manager than she said she is the only one in the office.
