Complaint

I was treated with disrespect when I arrived at the Long Beach 2nd Street location. I arrived with my service dog at the location today at 2:30 pm. The cashier immediately told me there are no dogs allowed at at Rubios. I told her that he is certified service dog because I have disability and she said no dogs period. I was always allowed to bring my dog at that location as I am long term valued customer. I need someone to contact me immediately regarding this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was to text him back so he could send me free meals but when I became available couldn’t find which number was his.

I have been coming through Rubios 15+ years. People working here have always been nice. Tonight was not the case. Manager Angel argued with me Very rude and disrespectful!. I asked her about the survey She said I had to take the survey before I made a purchase. Which no sense. There has need 3 different explanations on how to redeem free drink after taking survey It's basically impossible to get a free drink after I take the survey!

I went to your branch in The ORANGE - THE OUTLETS AT ORANGE - #058 20 City Boulevard West Building J - Suite F8, Orange, CA 92868 On Saturday Nov. 18. My order was California bowl with quinoa including beens . The bowl was not even half full. No beens at all, very little lettuce. What makes it worse. The quinoa was mixed with white rice. I have all the photos if you need.

Can’t redeem points for rewards

The rep. Gave some suggestions but still working on the issue. The Qr is to big to scan. Cant get offers. Need to give phone number and email address to get points. But, cant redeem the points for rewards. The customer rep. Is giving me suggestions but they dont work. I told her to make the QR on the App smaller.

I ordered a California bowl with just chicken, rice, beans, and add cheese and everything else on the side. And it came dry with no cheese the lettuce on it, and was white. The limes were dry and we had to wait 30 minutes before are food was ready. The cashier wasnt listening where I had to repeat what I said multiple times and still are food came out wrong.

I went to Rubios in Adelanto,California 8/8/23 I am disabled on crutches I get in-line wait for all the costumers in front to get there orders then when I get to the cashier she tells me we are not taking Cash only debit cards first she waited for me to get to the front to tell me this after she saw me on crutches obviously she didnt care! Then I call to speak to the Manager and she tells me sorry but the cash Register has been broken for days what kind of business and costumer service is this!

Application not loading my points

Hello I have been having problems with the app not giving me my points when I scan the receipt. It shows a message. When I scan the code it does not accept it I Also tried inputting it manually and it seems to be stuck on processing it may take a few minutes. After waiting 10 minutes it still in the same screen. My point stay the same I re installed the app and same This is the 2nd time this has happened to me on big orders. By the next day the receipts is not good to redeem points so I'm basically asked out.

Hi I am a Disabled person who goes every Tuesday into Rubios in adelantó,California and I am on crutches for life the doors at this store are extremely heavy to open and I find my self every time having to ask for someone to open the doors when I leave they are never courteous to ask if I need help they just give me the order and walk away, sometimes they even make me wait to place my order and they dont seem to care that I am disabled

Worst customer service experience!

Today i visited your location in Rancho Cucamonga Ca off of foothill Blvd. I walked in and my order seemed to be confusing to the cashier.

I ordered Chicken nachos with everything on the side except the chicken and cheese and the kids chicken fingers with rice. After repeating my order many times to the cashier she seemed to have gotten it. (This was totally ok with me. I was not upset with cashier.

She was extremely nice and was just having a hard time getting it.) After paying for my order i looked at my receipt and noticed she charged me extra for a side of rice. I brought it up to her attention and she was extremely sweet, apologized, and proceeded to let me know shell tell her manager right away. Now this is where everything went wrong. General Manager, Connie Alonso approached

me and started telling me that their are two different kids chicken bites.

One that comes with fries and one the comes with two sides. I said well then i want the one that comes with two sides. She then said i was not understanding her and decided to walk to the register grab a piece of receipt paper and pen then walk back to me. She had the audacity to try and draw me a photo explanation of how I am wrong and that you have two chicken bites.

I then asked her to go to the menu and show me where on the menu does it show two different chicken bites, one with two sides and one with only one. She walked to the menu and could not find this imaginary menu item. Instead of apologizing to me she told me well Ill refund you the side but now you know. What?!

I asked her for the drawing that she decided was a great idea to draw for me and where to make a complaint. She decided to give me the store phone number so that it wouldnt actually be dealt with.

I was humiliated, embarrassed, and was never apologized to when in fact i was correct. Instead i was drawn a photo like a kindergartner and told now you know.
