Spoke to Owner & would NOT let me speak. How are we supposed to come to terms with only one way communication.

This company is known for stalking potential new customers. Hired Rubinsky Roofing and roof is leaking!!! They failed to install the ice & water shield and proper installation. Spoke to owner and he wouldnt let me speak, failed attempts to try to resolve this issue. $16,000 in and now living with buckets to catch dripping water on rainy days!! Very sad to get taken advantage of.

User's recommendation: Please Beware of their sales people. Rubinsky Roofing has had various complaints like mine and i have never seen them at least own up to a mistake.
