RUBIN & LEVIN IS A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T FOLLOW THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT (FDCPA
I am a victim of Rubin & Levin illegal practices. This practice uses deceptive, unfair and abusive debt collection practices. Among other things, these attorney's use threatening and harrassing langauge to scare consumers who fully don't understand the law. Rubin & Levin misrepresent consumer's legal rights, do not disclose consumers they are 3rd party collectors and collect information about consumers through unfair and deceptive practices. These attorney's violate FDCPA and the FTC Act. They use debt collection abuse to cause harms that financially vulnerable consumers can ill afford. Many consumers pay collectors money they do not owe and fall deeper into debt, while others suffer invasions of their privacy, job loss, and domestic instability. This is how they operate.
