I had my car towed out of their parking garage when I paid every day for parking.

I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment regarding the recent wrongful towing of my vehicle from the RidgeGate Parkway Park-n-Ride. My vehicle, which was parked legally and for which I was continuously paying the required parking fees, was falsely identified as abandoned and towed without justification.
On Sunday, November 24th, upon returning to retrieve my vehicle, I was shocked to discover it had been towed.
This action was not only unnecessary but also caused me significant inconvenience, distress, and financial burden. I have always adhered to the parking regulations and ensured my payments were up-to-date, yet my vehicle was treated as abandoned.
This is completely unacceptable.
