DO NOT USE did not submit my requirements to planning no draft sent and after payment no response to 6 months of communication,

he did and sent the intial house plans and submitted them. did not make it clear of any additional charges from LBC. then did not even register me with the LBC and did not do plans to my requirements or instruction for the outbuilding . after approval from council got a copy and it was not what I wanted and he told me it would be fine then submitted something else. after 100s of different types of communication all he did was the drawings and submit them. Have lost £15,000 as I had to go away and with no building control details walked off site . now still wont respond and haveing to take legal action against him. User's recommendation: DONT USE HIM RAYN TOWNROW FROM SIDCUP.
