Never delivered pictures
Received a gift certificate for a photo shoot with RT4 life. It took me 2.5 months to get a call back to set up a date for the pictures (I called multiple times). When I threatened to get my money back I finally received a call back. I should have just gotten my money back. We went for our photo shoot 3 weeks later. They guy Rad showed up late and did not listen to us at all. We asked for engagement photos with a couple of family photos. Instead we got a couple engagement photos and a bunch of family photos. We didn't complain and when finished Rad told us that we would have out proofs back in 2 days and photos in 7. 1 month later and multiple emails and phone calls (couldn't leave a voicemail as it was full) he finally answered my fiancées call (he had called from a new phone number). Rad told us to pick out our photos and he would have them back to us in 4 days and that he would "make things right". We Looked over the pictures and selected what we wanted. But it has now been a month and a half since he emailed us a link to see our pictures and we still don't have our pictures. He won't respond to emails or phone calls. I have left probably 30 messages andultiple emails and he won't respond.

Do not use RT4Life Photography
Completely unreliable, will not return phone calls or emails, don't waste your time and energy dealing with him, he is full of promises and never delivers now we don't have our extended family picture for our kids grandparents Christmas gift that we had taken in October and ordered at the beginning of November. I think he will hope you will give up, if you have a coupon though a deal site in the Calgary area ask for a full refund or do not purchase it, it has not been worth the money. If you have been ripped off he also owns Calgary Aqua Massage if you are looking for another way to try and contact him

Same as everyone else..will not return and did not recieve pictures. emailed texted and called with no luck.

We had the same experience as many with this joker. He claims is is a photographer starting out trying to make a name for himself, but once the shoot was done he quit responding to email, voice mail etc.
We finally did manage to track him down to the Calgary Aqua Massage in Deerfoot mall to pick up our CD. But only because I assured him that I would contact police if I did not receive it. Normally I would just accept this as a lost cause, but the photos of our kids are irreplaceable. Plus, there are complaints all over the web from this clown, he has done it to many. WagJag is looking for him because they are getting complaints.
If he does not deliver go through the hassle of filling in a police report. After they pile up he will have to answer for the problems he has caused, and his voice mail is emptied regularly so he is simply ignoring people.
