I only wanted 1 month subscription when it was offered at a special price, they then upgraded me to a premium member without my permission. They then took $51.99 from my bank account without my permission.
This $51.99 for 1 month was a lot more than the first Month I signed up for. I phone multiple times with No answer, I left multiple messages for them to call me back, no one has called me back. I sent an email asking them to cancel my subscription and delete my account because I do not want to continue to use RSVP, they have not replied, they have not cancelled my subscription, they have not refunded my money and they keep sending me winks to my email when I have asked them not to.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Please have them call me.

I only agreed to the 3 day special, and did NOT AGREE to $19-99 PER WEEK withdrawal.
I am a lady aged Pensioner and cannot afford this every week. Please refund my $19-99 per week as I only every wanted to try the 3 days to see if it was what I would like to be involved with - I don't.
I've contacted my Commonwealth Bank to complain also. Card ended in 6282.
