I ordered a $50 gift card from rpglobal.com and NEVER received it!! I called rpglobal(888)774-**** and they stated the card was mailed out from Illinois on 12-07 by regular mail.
Representative stated I would have Gift card by12/20/23. So far, NO
GIFT CARD has arrived!! I would like to be reimbursed my monies spent on this item. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter.
I am VERY SAD to NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR but also that this company might be a Fradulent service. I am 80 years old and simply CANNOT throw my monies away on an item I have not received!! PLEASE can someone get to the bottom of what has happened with my order?

Scam company
- - I bought a $50 Shell gift card through RPG card company.
- - The card did not work and the company said it was activated, but it remained unusable.
I purchased a Shell gift card thru RPG card company for $50 as a gift for my grandson. When he tried to use it, he was told it had not been activated.
I called the company, got recording, left message, and received a call back few days later.
Company stated that card had been activated, but when my grandson again tried to use it, it was still NO GOOD! Don't ever purchase from this SCAM Company.
