I purchased a $115.00 Eyelash renewal from rozge.com. After a week without receiving the product I contacted customer services and to my disbelief they were so unprofessional towards me THE CUSTOMER!!!!

The person that responded my e-mail concern told me that give time to get to me and they didn't have to update me on my purchase. That I receive when I receive since I was in the east coast!!! I told them its unfair and the replied i receive: "You have to wait for the package to arrive and then return it. The package had already been shipped to you.

YOU WILL RECEIVE IT just give it time to make it across USA, once you receive it just send it back. Your package was insured via USPS. It is a blue receipt if you care to verify. We don't need to give you our words, we have proof of mailing.

Why are you upset, your package was shipped just a few days ago. We are sorry that you are having such a terrible day, but you shouldn't say things that doesn't make sense and only make you look bad. You can complaint to whoever if you want. Our corporate information is below" Seriously????

I never been so insulted in my life, only because I asked for a tracking number which they didn't provided as of yet!!!

What a shame.......beware of this company!!! I will update further details

Dear Yani from York PA, Please be truthful in your complaint. You emailed us on 1/9/2012 inquiring about an order you had placed on 1/3/2013. We wrote back with teh following response:

Hi Yany,

The order was processed and shipped on 1/5. We are located in California (West coast) and you are in PA (East coast). The post office takes about 7-10 working days to deliver across country. Please give them sufficient time to make the delivery.

Again our response to you was:

Please return the product un-opened to the address on the box. We recommend that you insure the package for safety as we will not issue a refund for packages not received. Once your package is received we will issue a prompt refund.

On 1/9/2012 you emailed: Huh? how Im going to insure a package that I don't have any information about it? also, if I don't receive the package I just report it to the bank. Let's not play game here and I am going to send this e-mail to your corporate to see how you handle customer services. Recommend? The package was shipped according to you, but what proof do I have? Your word? Please do not e-mail me anymore. I will deal with corporate and post your answer in every site I can find. Thanks

You became increasingly rude and unprofessional. Being very accusatory and just plane mean. To this rude email of yours we responded in words that we thought you may understand better as being polite and courteous was not your strong suit. Here's a copy of our exact email to you:

The package has already been shipped to you. YOU WILL RECEIVE IT just give it time to make it across USA. The package was shipped via insured mail so there is no chance of it getting lost as we can trace it if it does. Once you receive it, just send it back. Your package was insured via USPS Signature Insured. It is a blue receipt if you care to verify with your local post office.

We don’t need to give you our word, we have proof of mailing. Why are you so upset? Your package just shipped a few days ago, if you don’t want it just send it back. We are sorry that you are having such a terrible day. But you shouldn’t say things that don’t make sense and only make you look bad.

Yani, you started being rude for no apparent reason. You asked how you are going to recieve a package that you have not received. Fair question to which if you read our previous email carefully you would have noticed that we said "once you receive the package" you can send it back.

Please show companies the same respect they show you. It doesn't feel good to be talked to in this manner does it? Then you shouldn't do it to other. As the Bible says "treat others as you want to be treated". Have a nice day.

Again, you got the 30% coupon because you took it from a product that was at TJ Maxx. Which means you either took the coupon from a box or purchased a 2nd quality product that was sold to an outlet establishment such as TJ Maxx.

The person selling this product for $60 is working out of their garage because the wholesale price of this product is $50. So they are only making $10 which let's you know they are operating out of a garage and not an established business.

I have been a Rozge customer for more than 7 years. I have never had an issue with purchases or returns.

Yes I have seen their product somewhere else cheaper but have found them to be less than perfect. Like many top brands, Rozge's products can be found at different stores. I didn't appreciate their pricing until I became a distributor. Rozge does not discount it's products because they don't want to compete with their own distribution channels.

Think about it, they can sell below wholesale price if they wanted to but they don't. Just the same you will find Elizabeth Arden products at the department stores and again at TJ Maxx. Why don't they sell it at the same price at the department store? I read the above complaint.

Rozge was right to tell this lady to wait.

The package did have to travel across country. I know I always want my purchases right away but a little common sense would go a long way too.

Oh and btw the item that I purchased from them was $129.00 on their site, but I used a 30% coupon and after S/H it was a $100.25 total, but when I check other sites and outlets the same product sales as cheap as $60.00 with free shipping!!! I was not even complaining on returning the item, but asking for a tracking and an update!!! They are scary :-/

Only reason I tried Cermide C is because I bought it at Marshalls for 12.99 and liked it. Before that- never even heard of it.

Yes, it does have a 30% off coupon.

Anyway, I might try buying off of Amazon to avoid hassles.
