Some joker named Chad accidentally wrote down the wrong address for a roof removal order. I came home to find my house, roofless, and a cake on my porch apologizing for the mishap!

He didn't bother to even leave a business card with the company's info.

I had to go online and search to find the contact info myself!

Not sure how they are at the jobs they're supposed to do, but I'd probably avoid this company. At least until they get rid of Chad.

Wow. That sounds horrible. Did they at least do a good job replacing your roof?
