scammers, my tax dollars were stolen, every year they change their names and when you try to talk to them the phones are inactive, nobody answers the emails, or the phones there is no way to talk to anyone, it is exasperating because your money is left and there is no way to contact anyone again, I advise everyone to never trust these vermin

Dishonest tax preparation office

Royalty tax office in coconut creek, Fl on 441 & Hillsboro Blvd. First of all

the employees working there last year in 2015 stole the clients refund. The

clients ended up having to payback the IRS and the IRS are not people you really want to mess with. Second of all they eliminate the good workers and keep the dishonest employees. They charge astronomical rates to the clients. Between $125 to as high as $1000.00. They don't pay employees on time. They take the fee from the clients refund. Also they are only open during the tax season so God forbid you have a question after the end of April you are out of luck. You would need to deal with the IRS directly. The other locations are not any better. I beg all consumers to please read what I wrote because I am very honest and no one deserves to be treated this way.

Also to pass along my message to everyone they know and stay away from Royalty Tax Service. Take care and God Bless.
