Buyer Beware Royal Pro Aluminum - They will string you along and then charge you more money
I contacted them to install windows and doors in my house. For several months they kept playing with me, stating that they didn't know how to measure my front window correctly and they actually said that they needed to "have a special tool made to determine the angle of my window." Which was an outright lie because the tool is actually called a protractor which would measure the angle and costs about $10 at Home Depot. Then their newest excuse is that they're too busy to respond to me. I finally had to tell them to send my money back to me which I am still waiting for at this time. I will keep you posted, they will probably come up with some excuse for that too. Do your homework and find somebody much more professional.
