Mites and other guest hair in bed

I stayed in this hotel for literally one hour because when I laid in bed I got bitten by mites and when I lifted the sheets cover there were other guest hair in the cover.The hotel was dirty,the carpet full of dust,musty odor and overall a Dumb.The clerk told me I should sleep in the sofa bed instead because there were nobody to change the sheets and there were not extra mattress cover to put in the bed.I can believe that after I spend $250 they were expecting me to sleep in a sofa bed instead of the king size bed I requested.Ibwas willing to stay in another room but they said there were no more rooms.I left at midnight to go to another hotel in Santa Monica which I was very happy and stayed there 10 nights.The hotel refused giving me my money back saying I took a shower there and stayed for more than an hour.Yes because I found out about the bed mites after I laid in bed to watch TV.This hotel is a dumb ,old and dirty and they don't acknowledge the hair and the dirty mattress cover even though I have photos and I showed it to the clerk.Ther are thief's trying to take advantage of the clients.Dont stayed there ,is a dumb!
