Absolutely no response from company. Filed a BBB complaint as well and they ignored that as well. Worst experience I've ever had with a company.

Stay away! They guaranteed us a full deep cleaning. One of the owners came to our house for an inspection and we were very specific about what we wanted. We asked about having the window sills, floors, cabinets and baseboards deep cleaned. They said "we will clean everything" and quote us a price. We agreed and scheduled a cleaning. The day they came to clean I got home I honestly couldn't even tell anyone had been there to clean, at all! When I called and complained the owner insinuated I was a liar. She agreed to come to our house for an inspection and at that time admitted the work was completely unacceptable. She also said she would give us a refund. After that she avoided my phone calls for two days before sending me an email stating no refund would be given. STAY AWAY!!!
