This man is straight up thief I saw him in court (as he is always in court for being sued)the other day and I wanted to call him out in front of eveyone for owing me thousands of dollars for canvassing for him back since 2001 but I was trying to be the better man and I turned away instead. He lost his license with Tarion Warranty as a home builder back in 2010 as they RED FLAGGED for too many complaints for unfinished homes and also for being deceitful with homeowners.

He also has complaints as a real estate agents for not being truthful with his client! This idiot is a PHONY!

Home builders did not want him as president anymore! So they relieved him of hisnduries qms was asked to resign! This guys just loves to show off!

Be warned now as he ealsily shows his true colours. Luc Bock has no integrity!

We recently had a bad experiences with this guy! We decided to released him as our real estate agents!

My wife caught him in a few lies and when she brought it to his attention that he was not truthful he got very defensive amd verbally abusive!

We would never recommend this unprofessional agent to anyone! It's very disappointing that ROYAL LEPAGE SUDBURY keeps him on as an agent!

So we chose to take our business to Remax and agents there agree and also inform us that Mr Luc Bock has had two previously failed business and many complaints with clients and from other agents on how he conducts himself with business with his clientele! In fact they said he's a shaddy character!

I closed on my house on March 26, after one of the worst experiences of my life. Luc Bock literally became my worst nightmare.

That fat man conned me into thinking that repairs would be negotiated on the house after the inspection was over, at the request of the seller's lawyer. Well, in the meantime I started to notice that the lawyer he recommended wasn't reading the paperwork, like the solar contract and (after it was too late) the inspection report. I spent so much time researching my solar contract options that I didn't notice he wasn't reading the inspection report until after I fired them. Then all of a sudden the house was closing and nobody even tried to negotiate repairs.

As a result I have safety issues in the house - lead paint and a reversed polarity outlet in one of the bedrooms. That doesn't include severely peeling paint that the bank appraiser, with the FHA checklist, should have red flagged. I got a real lawyer who wasn't colluding with the realtor and he was appalled at the whole thing. At that point I made a calculation that I would lose too much money by backing out of the deal so I went through with it.

Luc Bock the realtor never even told the family to remove the wall to wall dog *** from the backyard ( took 2 people an hour and a half to clean it), or the 50 gallons of paint plus 20 quarts in the basement (I have photos). I had to threaten to not close for her to attempt to address any of that. Luc Bock just kept making excuses for the SELLERs - oh they were too busy, oh they didn't mean to be disrespectful (by leaving the backyard like a mile high stinking pile of *** My lawyer got $100 out of the sellers for me to clean, but in hindsight it should have been $500 to ensure they'd actually clean it, because I ended up doing that and taking all the paint and about 10 gallons of pesticides to the household hazardous waste day at the dump. Then he went around telling me up was down and down was up about the rest of it - a completely lame and not fully-painted front railing to satisfy FHA rules, the completely peeling paint on every single opening of the garage, the peeling and lead paint on half of the windows - oh that was just FINE!

He made pathetic excuses for hImself when I confronted him about all of this. Result is that I will resell this house myself next year since it requires more work than I can afford (which I told fat Luc as well - but all he cared about was his commission). Never again Luc

Never again Luc Bock the realtor. His business is as corrupt as it comes. I don't know what kind of a corporate culture they have going on over there but it seems to be all about greed, fake people, and lack of concern for your customers. I am appalled at everything I saw about this - colluding to railroad me through this agent (changing banks too!), lawyer and realtor.

All BFFs who go out with each other regularly and talk about their clients. I'm sure they're helping each other out with their careers, all at the expense of the clients. It's pathetic considering that you could do just as well by being honest.

Oh and I am also filing a complaint with What a nightmare!

The other agent who complained about Luc Bock in September 2018 contacted the firm and requested assistance in searching for a 3 bedrooom 2 bath single family house. He requested him to sign a buyer agreement since he was already working with another agent feom Eoyal Lepage and remove the libelous comment about the firm.

However, he refused to do so.

After posting the comment about the firm, Luc Nock has continued to use the free resource provided to search for properties.

He has contacted realtors behind the back of his current realtor to request assistance in placing offers on properties out of his price range.

Realtors, be careful when this individual contacts you. He's going behind the back of his realtor and he can do the same to you.

I rented a condo through Chantal Lacroix, real estate broker, Royal Lepage St Sauveur. She was most untoward when it came time to renew the leade of a vacation property.

When things did not go her way, she told me to move our, that she had five people lined up to rent the condo for the winter sesson 2017/18 and that she wanted me out, even after I signed the lease. What a fool she was to call me and leave a message in my voicemail, calling me a derogatory name.

I fully agree with the un professional attitude and rudeness of the Royal Lepage agent. I had a similar experience with Christopher Albrecht.

He set the price of our house really low so that he can say he sold above the asking price. At the table his negotiating skills were terrible, if it had not been for my husband we would have sold the house at a lower price. We are retired couple and for him to act the way he did is extremely upsetting.

In addition I had to send him excel spread sheets of houses to see, I did not get any reasonable house to see. Please keep away from this agent.

I recently went through a home buying experience where the agency representing the seller was Royal LePage located at 9411 JANE STREET, Vaughan, ON, L6A 4J3. The agent Lucas Frattura was extremely nasty with my agent and when she could finally no longer work with him we had to get our lawyer involved.

At the home inspection Mr. Frattura made comments about our agent and at one point said "there is a room at CAMH for her" In case you are unaware CAMH stands for Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. It is an agency in Toronto helping people with mental health issues. As someone who has family who has suffered from mental health issues I was extremely offended.

This is just a small sampling of what I have faced in dealing with them. Please avoid them at all costs.

stay as far as away from Carrie Byford as possible!!!! At first everything was fine since she came off nice and very down to earth.

However that was before we signed the rental agreement and before things became official. This agent literally made our life a living ***!! She would enter the property without the right amount of notice and didn't care about our confirmation. Unfortunately, we were tenants of the property and were soon to move out and she gave us such a bad time.

She would even make racial comments and give facts that had no proof of backup. I had never been a tenant before but I'm pretty sure no agent is aloud to act in such matter. I even caught her red handed once going through our personal stuff and she just smiled it off and walked away. We constantly told our landlord that we did not feel safe with her in the house but the landlord refused to listen to us.

Worse experience of our lives! All I can really say is if you see Carrie Byford, don't rent that property because you have no clue what you're in for.

Pavlo will flat out lie. He will be nice at first to sell you anything with no integrity.

Do you research as he will mix up what other agents say and switch up the story on you as if it is your fault. These type of agents should be held accountable.

He left me out of pocket and asked me to cover expenses when he agreed to taking care of it and changed the story on me last minute. He is not to be trusted.

Last month I listed my home for sale with Sophia Chea, thinking that she would be a good agent. I couldn't have made a worse decision!

I was out of town for the weekend, and she decided to hold an open house. When I came back, I found that some of my jewellery had been stolen. It turns out that Sophia was allowing potential buyers to roam around the house on their own, unsupervised. What type of real estate agent would make this mistake?

To add insult to injury, now she isn't responding to my calls and messages, and she ignores messages from potential buyers. Now I have to wait until our current contract expires before I can list the property with a professional agent.

Beware of Royal Lepage in Mississauga, Ontario. They specifically employ dishonest real estate agents.

And make sure not to call Mayar Jindy. She is the essence of a slum ***. Again HER NAME IS MAYAR JINDY. call her a private ***, all smiles until she gets your signature.

the moment that we signed the agreement of representation and the sales contract, this double head snake made sure to drown us instead of helping.

Upon inspection of the property, we found out that it was not worth it to pursue, as we had uncovered several deficiencies. We tried rightfully to back out of the deal, but it was too late according to her and to her manager.
