Don’t believe what front desk tells you about charges.
Royal Lahaina told the website it was looking into my complaint. In fact, this comment was a scam. It has made no effort to contact me, obtain additional information, nor resolve my issue.
Preferred solution: Refund of $-29.00

When I checked in, I was given an option of self-parking at $15.00 per day or $40.00 per day valet parking. I chose self-parking. On checkout, it charged me the full $40.00 valet rate and refused to honor my option choice.
