I bought a ticket for 297 dollars for my group, which also included my elderly parents. Our main reason for buying the ticket was for the gondola, but when the ticket was sold to us, it wasn't explained that the gondola was not operational.
To our surprise, we learned that the gondola wasn't functional and we questioned the management there. Why didn't they tell us when selling the ticket?
The management was extremely rude and turned us away from the premises. We came all the way from Chicago and were extremely disappointed, seeing all the effort and 297 dollars go to waste, as well as how we were treated.
