Dishonest seller

I am hoping to save some of you time, hassle, money, and being treated like crap from the owner of Royal Equestrian Collection. I purchased a pad as a gift that I wanted embroidered. I put in my order, paid for embroidery, and placed my order. My receipt indicated what I wanted embroidered. I received the pad today and no embroidery. I called up the company and let the man know I didn't receive embroidery. His response? "We are in Covid." What? That makes no sense to me. Why would you have the option on the website, and you charged it for me? "We are in Covid." I said, yes, I have Covid. I told him I wanted a refund for the embroidery. He said you should have already gotten it. I did not. I then said I want a full refund. He told me to return the paid and he will refund minus the restocking fee. What????? He told me he didn't want to deal with me anymore, and when I asked for the supervisor, he told me he was the owner! OMG. I was floored. What a horrible business person. Rude, non apologetic, and a thief. Buyer Beware!
