Over charged $750.02 after double dipping by RCI and ten days later still waiting for reversal. Returned home to an overdrawn bank account and had no cash. Had to borrow money from a friend just to put petrol in my car to drive home me! Their call centre is of course closed! Very expensive trip as it was and double charged makes it worse.

The first day i experience a bartender making uncomfortable eye contact with my wife. When i spoke to the his supervisor about it, my wife and i were kicked off the ship for making a false complaint . I woudnt recommend this cruises line company to anyone. Full of disrespectful and unprofessional perverts.

Lost luggage. Disembarked on 2/29/2016 from Enchantment of the Seas. Bag was not in bagging area. This is day two of no bag. When calling the numbers I was told to called, I get message saying they are closed. Only in Mon., Wed., Fri. Also while in state room, we asked for an ice bucket at least twice, ice bucket never came.
