Didn't get to board after 3 YEARS 2 CANCELS.
- - Set to sail Aug 7, Aug 8 rules to loosen, yet I was refused despite test and vaccination, seeking full refund after 3 years and 2 cancellations.
I was set to sail on the 7th of August. On August 8th, Royal Caribbeans were set to lighten up on covid regulations.
I had my 2nd shot 5 days before I was set to sail.
I had proof of a negative test, proof of vaccination, and they still refused me even after mentioning the lift on regulations scheduled for the following day. After 3 years and 2 cancelations on this cruise, I am expecting a full refund and I am willing to fight for it!

Not allowed to sail after boarding
- - Policy requires 14 days after vaccination; only 5 elapsed.
- - Claims dept rude and contradictory, no refund or cruise credit, CEO yielded no change.
We boarded the ship on October 3rd and after checking into our room, we're informed as there is CDC GUIDELINE of 14 days gap , I had 5 , between the second shot and day of sailing ! We cannot sail , was promised the world , and after going thru their claims dept.
Which was not only contradictory but rude , not only will they Not refund but won't even give a cruise credit ! Contacted the CEO, Same result !
