Great experience
I have consigned and sold with Royal auction over the past year. Sold similar at RBro, and Royal has beat that number every time.
They really do go above and beyond and have even called me during auction to say hey its close u meat to let it go, we will shave off the commission we r short of hittin your reserve. No one else does that! Super friendly staff and just flat out good people.
Veteran owned is alright in my book. Ill probably never go anywhere else

Verified Reviewer | Fort Myers, FloridaThey misrepresent their auction items
These are the shadiest people I have ever met they will bold face lie right to your face. Do not believe if it says runs and drives do not take their word for it is not true.
Bought a car. The whole electrical system is jacked up. Will not run. Bought a side by side and they said they drove it in which is a lie because the one right beside it also said runs and drives and it just so happened that the starter spun over not hitting the gears.
The one I got will not even start refused to give my money back. I bought these items online. My stupidity taking their word for it. I should have left when I come in and they would not let me look at what I had bought online until I paid for.
It should have threw up a red flag. When someone tells me runs and drives it should run and drive buyer beware. These people are bottom of the barrel what goes around always comes back around.
One positive the ladies up front. We're very nice

Verified ReviewerNOT REALLY AN AUCTION HOUSE
It's hard to call this an auction for the simple reason Royal Auction Group can see your bids, including the maximum price you have on the item and they can bid on anything in the auction thus controlling all the prices. Here's what their terms of sale state "This auction company has requested and been granted access to see all pre-bids placed including any maximum bids." and "At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf.
While Proxibid's Unified User Agreement prohibits this behavior, in accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder." Just sign up and view one of their auctions, when the credit card deposit window comes up just hit cancel and you'll enter the auction. Watch how the prices are manipulated during the auction and judge for your self.
- Two many to list
Preferred solution: Have a fair auction
User's recommendation: Find another auction.
Terrible Customer Service and follow up
Purchased a pick up truck back in Sept. 2019.
Was forced to use them to transfer the title and receive the title. The cost was $165. A premium! To date have not received a title for the vehicle.
They say they mailed it. I gave them proof from USPS that I never received the title. They only sent me a form to request a title.
I asked them to send me the title or at least send me $75.25 for the cost of a replacement title. To date I have not received a title, the $75.25, or any correspondence regarding this issue and my requests.
