Roy Varnon, R.S. - Septic Design Sucker Fee
I paid Roy Varnon, R.S. in Houston, Texas $300 for septic system design work and he never consulted with me once while developing the design on paper. We met briefly at my property, he asked me how many bedrooms and I emailed him a copy of my floor plan. Our next contact within a few days was a notification of the final design, and that it was in the mail. When I had issues with the design, he wanted to charge another 50% to adjust to my liking. Rather than just charging $450 up front and being honest about the process, he would rather scam folks with a sucker fee, then up-charge them when they don't like the results. If anyone needs septic design work, I highly recommend staying away from this individual. From my experience, he is not an honest business man.
