JON BOWKER and ROY HILL IRON ORE are in the Business of stuffing people around giving the Company & Mining industry an Appalling image displaying incompetence whom implements Worst practice sourcing strategy bringing the Recruitment industry into Disrepute. Misrepresents staffing information; Misleads advice to the general public; Ineffective in resolving complaints; Senior Management having zero Leadership attributes Insult peoples intelligence; Humiliates people in front of others; HR department Displays Inferior competence; Incompetent senior management = no idea what they are doing deliberate & Unethical conduct; severely lacking in Integrity; Inaccurate advertising; plus Flawed recruitment processes; ROY HILL as a Company preaches its Values & Traits on their Website = it's all only just Lip Service as their employees & in particular its Senior Management do not walk the talk. People are Only treated as another Number & they have absolutely No interest in Quality nor care about how they treat people. If you want to save yourself from much Heartache find a Company to work for whom actually treat you as a Person; are Quality driven in terms of customer service; and genuinely Care about their People - as this definitely does not exist at all at the ROY HILL IRON ORE Perth office, mine site & port operations.

SAMANTHA CASTLE and ROY HILL HOLDINGS PTY LTD are in the Business of: distorted & Toxic company values; Misrepresents staffing information; Misleads advice to the general public; Ineffective in resolving complaints; Senior Management having zero Leadership attributes = Weak & Spineless; Insult peoples intelligence; Humiliate staff members in front of others; HR department Displays Inferior competence; Incompetent senior management having absolutely NO IDEA of what they are doing ! deliberate & Unethical conduct; severely lacking in Integrity; Inaccurate advertising; plus Flawed recruitment processes; ROY HILL IRON ORE gives the Mining industry an Appalling image & SAMANTHA CASTLE incompetence whom implements Worst practice sourcing strategy brings the Recruitment industry into Disrepute. ROY HILL as a Company preaches its Values & Traits - as just BS Lip Service as their employees & in particular its Senior Management do not walk the talk. People are Only treated as another Number & they have absolutely No interest in Quality nor care about how they treat people. If you want to save yourself from much Heartache find a Company to work for whom actually treat you as a Person; are Quality driven in terms of customer service; and genuinely Care about their People - as this definitely does not exist at all at the ROY HILL IRON ORE Perth office, mine site & port operations. Karma catches up with every human being so when the Price of Iron Ore crashes by more than 66% with the Global Financial Tsunami looming very soon, hence, financially their mining days are Numbered = Bye Bye ROY HILL !
