Absolutely shocking customer service
- - Tried to contact Roxy about a refund via contact form with no response; the main number goes to voicemail listing hours and playing same message.
I tried to contact Roxy due to an issue with a refund. I have contacted them via their contact form several times and had no response. I have also rung the customer service number, and it goes straight to voicemail stating they are closed and lists the times they are open, but the same message plays regardless of the time of day.

Despite using email had received no response to non delivery of item- rang, have been sent a form to complete but no timeframe for resolution of issue. Delivery was by Post office who left item in full view of street between bins- this was an item over £100- stated tracked- no message left or card re delivery. Item was not where left.

Very poor. There is no way to contact someone if something goes wrong with an order.
No point in waiting 3 days for the phone lines to open when by then the order has been dispatched.
I am peeved with this as I have missed out on an £8 discount. Worst customer service I have ever come across

Part of my parcel has not been delivered . No one pick up the phone in customer service .
After 15 min waiting on the phone automatically disconnect you.
On the website it is hard to find email where to write for help. Absolutely awful experience.
