Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just a mixup with delivery. Check to see if it’s in stock in Uk.

They have offered me a voucher but I have requested a refund

Despite using email had received no response to non delivery of item- rang, have been sent a form to complete but no timeframe for resolution of issue. Delivery was by Post office who left item in full view of street between bins- this was an item over £100- stated tracked- no message left or card re delivery. Item was not where left.

I have been told my case has been studied and closed and my complaint rejected - delivered by Royal Mail, i.e. left outside my house between bins - not a safe place - so £114 wasted as item not there. Will not purchase from this company again.

Very poor. There is no way to contact someone if something goes wrong with an order.

No point in waiting 3 days for the phone lines to open when by then the order has been dispatched.

I am peeved with this as I have missed out on an £8 discount. Worst customer service I have ever come across

Part of my parcel has not been delivered . No one pick up the phone in customer service .

After 15 min waiting on the phone automatically disconnect you.

On the website it is hard to find email where to write for help. Absolutely awful experience.
