After putting a dispute in via PayPal I was refunded money

I have not received part of my delivery. Customer support bot is not responding, customer support email bouncing back at me and after waiting on phone to quick silver listening to music get a recorded message they are in training.

No explanation or refund for missing product. Im a regular loyal customer do very disappointed
