I called twice once at 2:40 pm to get no response or help... The 1st rep was pleasant yet none she didn't do her job which was to send my request to the technician department..
Than I called again at 7:20 or so to find out that she never sent my ticket...
So it's now four hours later. With no response

Wanted a program to work with VHS and DVD
- - Bought Roxio 3 VHS to DVD Plus; installed on Windows 10.
- - Serial key invalid at reinstall; support requested photos/receipt.
I purchased Roxio 3 VHS to DVD plus from BEST BUY about 10 months ago. I installed it on my PC using windows10.
I tried it out to get a feel for that day and it worked.
I recently had issue with the WIN 10 update and I needed to reset my PC. All my software needed to be re installed. The only program I had an issue with reinstalling was (ROXIO).
As I tried to install the software; at the point of entering the serial no# I get a message; (the key you entered is invalid)
I look at the envelope I check it is correct.
I get on their web site do everything they ask, upload pictures of the box, serial no on sleeve, the disk, where I purchased it and when I purchased it.
I get a claim no# they say, "they will get back to me by phone3-5 days".They call and I redo everything with them by phone upload the same pics again. Then she says we need the copy of the receipt.
I told them I purchased this 10 months ago and I don't have it now. Plus I paid cash. I tell here the reason why I doesn't work. THE KEY IS INVAILID. I needed to re install it and it wont let me.
LONG AND BEHOLD: you can only install it once and your screwed.
50.00 for a one time use. They can kiss my behind.

I have the Roxio VHS to DVD3 plus and the product key will not work. I have called for 4 days and 6 phone calls.
and I never get a straight answer. The India call center tells me I cant talk directly with tech support. They will relay a message and within 24hrs I will receive an email.Nothing happened. Then they said they will call me in a few min..
Nothing happened.. Get the same 24 hr BS every time.WORST Support I have ever dealt with in my life I would never recommend anything from Corel Corp.
I really cant see why they are still in business. Why cant they simply have a tech support number.
Parago-RebateHQ aka Parago-Ripoff

- - Repeated assurances to mail the check, but none received after 19 weeks.
We ordered Roxio software, which had a $20 rebate with it. We submitted our information and Parago Promo Center aka RebateHQ actually confirmed relatively quickly that "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing" on 2/29/2012.
We have now contacted customer service 3 times and received confirmation that the check would be mailed 5/23/2012. On 6/2/2012 customer service told us that they would expedite our payment...the check would be mailed in 2 weeks!
We are now 19 weeks and still no check. While Parago goes to the bank, the manufacturers and everyone trying to get a rebate gets ripped-off.
Ripped Off Roxio Easy VHS to DVD Installation Failure
- - Bought Roxio Easy VHS to DVD from PC World; compatibility was claimed.
- - Install of .NET v3.5 SP1 fails; stops after five minutes with an error.
Recently, having purchased Roxio Easy VHS to DVD from PC World, who assured me that the software was compatible with my computer, I found that I have been severely ripped off by the company and their product. I recieved all of the parts, read through the manual, and set my Laptop up next to my VHS.
Everything was working perfectly until I tried to install the software. Disregarding the fact that they asked me if they could access my computer and email information to them, which in itself was appalling, I had got to the final installation when I hit a snag. When it attempted to install "Microsoft .Net v3.5 SP1" It simply stopped, paused for five minutes, then displayed an error message saying that it was unable to continue and the installation failed. This happened every time I tried to re-initiate the installation.
I then went to contact Roxio and complain, and I was given no means to contact them, save a US number to check the progress of an order. I am not impressed at all and would highly discourage the use of Roxio's Software.
