I need to begin by saying, this all started from a friend of mine. We both were working for another company, and have decided to move our trucks over to his company with promises that we were made.

After gettin there, promises were not kept, funds never made it to bank accounts and truck paymanets started geting behind,on both of us.finally my Friend (whom i stay in contact with) said he had enough and pulled out, I wanted to give Mr. Pettow the benefit of the doubt and get my settlements caught up and in order. some trips here and there were paid durning the month of august and september of 2010, and now octobers aswell, have not been paid.

Now after a weeks worth of being stranded a 1000 miles from home with now settlements, an unpaid 2290 form to the IRS, i cant get home nor place my truck else where for employment. Mr Pettow believse in his own mind that he's gods gift to the world. and just trying to make a fair shake a money making. you can't make money if you treat all your drivers like the dirt you walk on Ries. and aswell picking who can I screw over next.

Had been doing my homework and research like i usually do, knowing what i know now , i wouldn't have even concidered nor having the notion of signing on with this man and his so called company( Flyby Night ), past drivers have also complained about his Bussiness practices an other ethics that this man has to ofter, ABSOLUTLELY NOTHING, This man Mr. Pettow, everything he touches goes straight down the toliet. Example #1 Christy's Sprague River, OR. after everything down there he split. left the poor woman holding the bag. #2 Chase heavy haul inc. ( Ries's Div. ) put Ron chase in the poor house and Bankrputed the company. after sitting on some money he had made Mr. Pettow then decided to purchase the Co. and Change the name which is now, Roxie's Transport LLC. Donald, OR.

Once he knows he's got you in this mess of his that he created, He uses your money to fund his escapade and doesn't pay anything out over a substantial amout you may see a hunderd or two here and there, but not your whole settlement. Thus being said I have VOWED and DEVOTED my time this week while stranded, I am and will be the last person to be screwed over by this so called man that he so flamboyently calls himself. he's not even MAN enought ot answer his incoming calls nor text messages. his office is located in the town of Donald, OR. Which by now is somewhat closed up. the office phones have been turned off due to lack of payment, He's using other peoples load boards and trys to change their sign on information, aswell as Admin's account info, has been KICKED to the Curb by GETLOADED.com, not to mention Transcore3sixtey, from his brokage side, By the way Ries hows that working out for you.

There are Thousands of dollars this so called man owes out, don't trust him. *** his own brother won't even work for him anymore bcause of getting hosed by by his own brother. and that my friend is the truth, You wouldn't know the truth if it bit you in the *** Thanks to all the Brokers that Mr.Pettow has used in the time, period i have told you what has been happening at this outfit and some of you have done your resaerch, and others need to start.

The unpaid settlement amout owed to Myself is in the sum of $ 11,500 + or - area of funds, from Mr.Pettow will any of you see it, probably not in the next 2-3 months but yes, I will be posting different links on Google to help along the way and i can also be found on facebook, with other interesting facts and post, I like I said, I have Vowed and Devoted, my time in this and plan on seeing it thru, Its time, like the rest of you out there in Internet land, To stand up and lets put this OUT OF BUSSINESS. period.
