Sofa looks old after 6 months of use
- - Took over 6 months to receive the sofa.
- - After 3 months, feathers poked out and it looked worn.
- - Spent over $6,000, and warranty calls go unanswered.
Took over 6 months to get my sofa, and after 3 months of use it started to look old and the feathers were coming out and poking us.
I was in love with the floor level and the fabric that came was not the same. This is the worst purchase I even made and I spent over 6,000 dollars.
They also do not return calls or emails regarding the warranty, very bad service and their resellers cannot really help us when it is an issue with warranty.

My couch cushions are falling apart. The two couches are less than 3 years old and this shouldn’t happen.
I would like to have these four cushions (inserts) sent to me. Please call me to discuss. The model was sold through our designer. Their are four cushions and the tag number is ROWE item 124042-P603-002 BK Another number on the tag is RoweKit 569281 P603 002 BKIT Harmony Set Req Date 7/29/2019.
I spent good money for these two sofas and they look horrible. Please call me asap to discuss.
