I have been trying to reach their customer service since Christmas through the email listed on their site and have never received a response back. Tried calling the phone number I found on this site and it just does a long dial tone/never connects.
Preferred solution: I want to exchange shirts ordered for someone as a gift-I don’t have the order info anymore and need help from customer service

No Customer Service

Purchased 2 Bush/Regan '84 shirts from RG. While both shirts were "technically" the shirts I ordered (they had Bush/Regan '84 on the back), the logo on the front pockets was different from what was advertised on their site.
I emailed twice over the course of a week asking for support to see if the shirts that were advertised are available and if a swap could be possible. No reply. Found a support phone number - that number says please hold, then asks to leave a message, and hangs up before a message can be left. Found a 2nd phone number that is no longer working.
Shirts are fantastic, minus the difference in the front pocket.
However, this company appears to have no evidence of a customer support team.
I personally will not shop from this company again, as they do not appear interested in making things right when they mess up. Buyer beware!
User's recommendation: Be wary. Products are of good quality, but you may not get exactly what you expect. And it seems you will be stuck with it as there is no customer service to make it right.

I ordered a plain hat from the company on Monday and so far it has been the recommended days before I would receive any word of my package shipping. I tried to reach out to the customer service, and they tend to ignore the emails and just completely not want to help me know where my package is and when it is going to be here.
This company is not a very good trustworthy source of gifts for friends and family for you may never even see the package. If you order from the company you might as well be very curious when and how you'll get your order.

- - If you're outside the U.S., avoid ordering here due to extra shipping charges.
- - The item arrived damaged and return shipping wasn't covered, and I paid shipping twice.
If you are not in the United States, DO NOT order from here. I paid $18 for shipping which was fine because I knew about it, but then I was charged $12.35 on delivery which I was not aware would happen making my total cost of shipping over $30.
When I got an item, it was damaged and when I told them I wanted to return it they said they wouldn't pay for any return shipping.
So basically I had to pay for shipping twice and one item was damaged and there was nothing I could do to get it replaced without paying all that shipping again. DO NOT order from them or it will cost you.

Worst online company I've ever dealt with!
- - Ordered a tee on 12/17/2013; not delivered by 01/02/2014; DHL blamed, no phone contact, only email; 15% refund plus decal and coozie offered.
I ordered a simple tee shirt on 12/17/2013 to give to my son for Christmas and I STILL don't have it as of 01/02/2014!! I've been told on two different occasions that the shipment was messed up and they even blamed DHL for dropping the ball!
There is no phone number to call their Customer Service Department and I'm forced to correspond by e-mail.
At one point them offered to toss in a decal and a coozie and claimed that they will give me a 15% refund for my troubles. As of today, that refund has not posted to my account and it remains to be seen if I get the decal and coozie.
They are not an affective company

I ordered a simple order - a tee-shirt. One single tee-shirt.
AND YET?! They messed it up. They messed up a single tee shirt, when all they had to do was put one tee shirt in a box and ship it too me. And so I asked for a replacement.
And THEY MESSED IT UP AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They gave me the wrong shirt again - and the same one. This company has terrible costumer service as well - they only take email and there is no way to talk to anyone by phone (it doesn't work!).
So to sum up - don't order from these guys - it's not worth your time. Take it from me - I've been fighting with them for 3 weeks.

You didn't say what method you used to purchase it. If you were wise and used a credit card, just dispute the charge and explain the situation, ie., not as described and no way to contact them.
