You sent item to wrong address
I ordered an item, and it was through a shop, and the shop sent it to the wrong address. It didn't give me an option for where it was being shipped. I saw it was my name and credit card.

- Three reservations for a 70th birthday; long wait as staff helped others; four earrings bent and broke after removal; seeks refunds for nearly $300.
My daughter, my granddaughter and I went to Rowan at Town & Country, in Houston, Tx. My daughter had made 3 reservations for us for my 70th Birthday.
She had 3 piercings, my granddaughter had her first 2 piercings and I had 4 piercings done. We were there for quite a while as the nurse kept leaving to go help someone else. I don't know if she was the only experienced, qualified nurse there, or not, but we kept being left while she took care of other customers AND employees. By the time we were finished there were at least eight people standing around waiting to be seen on a busy Saturday afternoon.
After 4 weeks I went to remove the earrings, unscrewing them, only to have all four come out bent and broken. These are not cheap earrings and should not have broken the way they did.
They are too short now (about 1/8" long) to use as earrings.
I would certainly like my money back for the earrings or some replacement earrings. This is unacceptable as my earrings, alone, cost almost $300.

- Disorganized service, a nurse left to help others, earrings bent after 6 weeks, replacement/refund.
My daughter made 3 appts; 1 for me, 1 for herself & 1 for my granddaughter, as a birthday outing for me, for February 1st at the Rowan at Town & Country in Houston, TX.
It looked like there was only one nurse who knew what she was doing and too many customers (it was Saturday) - not organized at all! While she pierced our ears she kept leaving to go help someone else and then would come back.
Customers started stacking up to the point where they were just standing around, waiting for the three of us to be finished.
She made negative comments in front of my granddaughter, making her feel uncomfortable, about her earlobes not being shaped the same.
I had 4 piercings done, 2 in each earlobe. My daughter had 3 piercings done and my granddaughter had her first 2 done.
After 6 weeks I went to remove the earrings, unscrewing the back sleeve off, and found the stems of all 4 earrings slightly bent and all the stems had been broken, even though I had unscrewed them.
Though I love that my daughter, my granddaughter and I did this together we would have chosen somewhere else to have it done if we'd known.
We were there for what seemed like forever and there were at least 8 people standing around, waiting for their turns, when we left.
Even though the experience was a trying one, I wouldn't have made a complaint if the earrings had not been broken.
I would like the earrings replaced or refunded because I can't ever use them again as the stems are only 1/8" long, now.
Preferred solution: Refund or replacement of 4 earrings.
