Site needs updating for state of Texas
Went to use the site to locate updated inventory but was unable to do so because the site is not current for the state of Texas. The site only shows inventory for the Dallas locations in the state of Texas. The site use to show current inventory for all the locations in the state of Texas but has not shown inventory for the entire state of Texas for several weeks.
User's recommendation: Ensure site is updated before using for your location
Complaint
I called regarding a vendor who hasn't delivered the part and is stalling about giving me a refund using multiple excuses for not refunding my money. The number says that I have to send message through website which I have done twice and no response. I just want my money back and report this person as a fraud.
Preferred solution: Full refund
