Worked well for deep frying.
The issue was not resolved because I did not have the model number.The Robson electric fryer has a panel with dials the whole panel melted after use.The model is EH101V.What to do ? Kindly advise.Thank you.Gilda Coppola
After the fryer was shut off, the next day we noticed that the panel bubbled. The temp used for frying was roughly 365 degrees

Do not purchase there product.
Purchase 2k worth of products and no support, and they don't honor their warranty. Looks like we are dealing with a third world country with no warranty and support.

I bought one of your Portable Air-conditioner with its picture and specification as seen below through Amazon, brand new. The product worked each summer until this summer when I tried to use it.
Once pugged into the electrical outlet and started it, usually it was supposed to draw electrical current into its system and convert hot air to cold air.
But instead, it was just kept drawing electrical current, making noises and blowing hot air.
Besides, its long air duct connecting the unit with outside blew off loudly and disconnected from the unit as shown in the picture below. So to avoid causing an expensive potential electrical hazard in my house I quickly shut it off and unplugged it from electrical current.
May I know If this product still have manufacturer warranty on it?
Please advise.

I bought a Rovsun 18000 BTU 230V window air conditioner, order # 19-1289*-***19, through eBay and a third party, Yallstore. Inside the box, there was a yellow piece of paper that said, 'Stop!
Please contact Rovsun for specialized support with installation, maintenance, or repair.' Please help me! Roland Leon, leonroland@***.com. The fan inside the air conditioner is slit, and when it turns, it rubs against the other plastic part, making a knocking sound.
The air conditioner is brand new. I ordered it on April 1, 2025, and had it delivered on April 3, 2025, and there is weak air flow.
