I rented a car through hopper with Routes and Routes charged me 2xs after months of trying to get my money back I had to ask myself was it worth it. All of the stress for $152.00

I never received my credit.. When I arrived at the car rental they had all of my information and they told me that I had to pay them not Hopper. The amount was the same as I had already paid. After returning home I called hopper they told me I had to call Routes. Routes was all electronic. No people. After months of trying I finally got a person that told me to email them. After emailing and sending dates tines and receipt # I still never received. Y money back.

User's recommendation: Don't pay Routes if you already paid Hopper. No matter what they say
