Dealership experience

Vehicle order was canceled. I am due back $500. deposit. I was told it should be in my account 12/9. 2 days later it still was not credited. Tried to call finance department and manager and have been leaving messages for 2 days. Just wanted him to check status and call me back. Frustrating not even getting a call back. Subaru corporate is now involved and also trying to reach dealership.

User's recommendation: Do not put a deposit down.
