Poor Mail Service

Could not purchase stamps. Was told by manager that when customers are in the store they cannot manage the post office, despite one manageand two customer assistants behind front desk doing nothing.

User's recommendation: Buy stamps from any Rouse's other than at Store 21 in Mandeville.

I frequent Rouses from time to time but will not be going back. After seeing Mr. Rouse protesting a fair and honest election. There is no further need for my business.

Order number 603121 was danaged in shipment

I and my wife are from Louisiana but my job took me to metro Atlanta 32 years ago. Although I cannot move back to Louisiana because my children grew up in Georgia, I and my wife still like to get some food from there, especially Rouses Grocery Stores. I used to place orders from your site to have it shipped to my home in Georgia, but you have discontinued this service and I can only order items from your "Buy Gift" section. I did order from the "Buy Gift" section in the past and we had no problems with receiving it. However, on 10/29/2019 I placed an order from the Buy Gift section, (order #603121), for three jars of Rouse's Italian Olive Salad. This was charged to my American Express credit card in the amount of $40.15, with an expected delivery date of 11-04-2019. When 11-04-2019 came and went with no delivery I went to the Fed Ex tracking service on my order and learned it had been damaged, flagged "Unable to deliver - Damaged package." I have since tried to make contact with Rouse's Customer Service section, where I was to fill out a complaint form, which I did, but there was no way to have this form sent to a customer service representative. I then tried to call phone numbers I found on Rouse's web site but none of them proved helpful. Some said hey would have someone contact me and others just left me on hold until the phone system hung up on me. I need help on how to proceed with this situation. If you are not the person who can handle this situation then I would appreciate it very much if you could contact, or direct me to contact, someone who can handle this situation for me. What I would like is to cancel any further action with this order, have my credit card reimbursed with this $40.15 charge, ($28.99 for the olive salad and shipping charges of $11.16), and send me confirmation that this charge back to my credit card has taken place. Thank you so much for your cooperation in this matter. I appreciate any help you can give me.
