They have a 7day free trial, but when I tried the order Roku immediately took 78..51 out of my account within 2min I cancelled the order,but yet to receive my money back from the order.

Called multiple times, only got recording to hold or press 1 and have your call returned. On hold for a really long time, finally pressed one, never received a call back.
Called back the next day, same thing, on hold for so LONG the call disconnected (was done on Rourke side, I had great cell coverage).
Called back, pressed one again, no return call back. Never spoke to a single person and wasted over 1.25 hours of my time.
